St Augustine Beach House is by far the best dog friendly hotel we have ever found! It’s even located right on a dog friendly beach! Our doodle was living her best life! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room is a perfect set up for humans and dogs with special dog linens and treats to welcome us! We are definitely planning to visit here every year!
Absolutely loved it. View and on beach!! Loved that they allow dogs and even provided bowls, bedding, towel and a treat. Was wonderful. Staff is very kind and helpful had uber arranged for free. Breakfast was good. Location perfect for walking to store, coffee shop. Very peaceful and love the beach. Have chairs, umbrellas, towels they provide. Only thing wish had was a shower on patio but, they do have a a place to rinse feet. With dog's maybe a hose to rinse off after being on beach. I did walk over to the beach showers across, and rinsed my dog off. Definitely come back!
My daughter and I and our dog stayed two wonderful nights at the Beach house. It was beautiful and comfortable and convenient and clean and welcoming! They think of everything to make the stay perfect, including dog bowls, dog furniture covers, beach chairs and umbrellas, breakfast, rides into town, easy parking, delicious coffee in the room. Bed was super comfortable and the view of the beach exactly what we needed to rest and experience the beautiful sunrises. Easy 25 step walk to the beach too. I can’t wait to visit again!
This was our 2nd stay at the St Augustine Beach House and it was as before wonderful. Room was well appointed with a kitchenette. Great for as long as you want to stay. Everything was clean and very up to date. The staff are some of the most considerate, friendly and professional people you could ask for. The smallest ask is provided with a genuine smile. The Beach, what can i say, gorgeous. Every room has a balcony facing the beach. Special shout out to Nancy, Pam, Kevin, Erin and Camerron who always went above and beyond to make our stay a beautiful time.
We just came out here to go to the beach. And it was awesome to know that they allow you to drive your car on the beach, but it must be a 4 / 4, and I think they will allow you to camp here. I'm not sure.... we went during January, so it was very cold.And also , there was not many sea shells out..
I’m not sure words will adequately convey how fantastic this place is! Its location (beachfront) is perfect, the amenities are superb, and the staff…simply outstanding!! Thank you to Pamela, Mia, Chris, Cameron, Erin, and Nancy for making my first trip to Florida (after retiring) such a special one. The St Augustine Beach House is a great example of how to run a business….with incredible attention to detail and with a passion for making their guests’ experiences so memorable (of course being right on the beach is just “icing on the cake”). Highly recommend you consider staying here the next time you’re looking to vacation in Florida!
We would come to ST A Beach House again. Totally enjoyed our stay. The owners & staff were helpful & friendly. The breakfast were delicious. We took a tray to our room & ate on the balcony. Clean & comfy room & king bed! Thank y’all for your hospitality! Would definitely stay again!
Staying at The Saint Augustine Beach House was an absolute dream. It’s about as close as you can get to the ocean without actually being in it. The direct beach access and the balcony views for both sunrise and sunset are incredible. One of the best parts? Sleeping with the balcony door slightly open and dozing off to the sound of the waves. It doesn’t get much better than that. The staff was impeccable — attentive, welcoming, and consistently professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and did exactly what it needed to do: fresh, convenient, and a great way to start the day. Yes, you may notice a few slightly rusty fixtures here and there, but that’s completely normal when you’re staying right on the water. It didn’t take away from the experience at all. Overall, we absolutely loved it and are already hoping to return this winter.
